Perhaps one of the most notable aspects of Time Line Therapy® is that it does not require endless rehashing of painful experiences.  At the unconscious level, memories that contain a negative emotion or a limiting belief are chained together in a sequence of events called a gestalt.  Rather than focusing on individual events, Time Line Therapy® releases the entire gestalt beginning with the very first event associated with the emotion or decision, all the way to the present.  As such, painful recall of emotionally charged and/or traumatic events is not required in this safe, harmless and gentle practice.
