MY STORY
Greetings from Wise Works Inc! We do trust that this day nds you in great health and spirits! Wise Works Inc is a multi faceted Leadership Development Corporation that acts as an agent for change through our Leadership Speakers Series, as well as individual and group consultation.
Over the past several years, we have provided training and services for a variety of organizations including (Chicago) Mayor Rich- ard Daley’s Kid Start Program, Capital Choice Financial Services, and a host of other community organizations. Additionally, we have spoken at over 75 Educational Institutions including Northeastern University, Northern Illinois University, University of Illinois at Chicago, and the University of Wisconsin (Branch Campuses). In total, over 200,000 future leaders have heard our messages.
With a di- verse collection of workshops, seminars, and trainings, we are excited to announce our “Student Leadership Series.” Operating under the pretense that “leadership is a skill that is not inherited, but a trait that must be nurtured and developed,” we will provide a real world look at “how to not only manage oneself, but provide Leadership to others.”
It is our goal to inspire individuals to “engage and succeed in their individual pursuit of learning as they transform into dynamic leaders.” With this in mind, we understand that in order to inspire this “transformation” providing future leaders with practical ideas that get results is critical. It is necessary that they receive the training and information necessary to continue to grow!

As an educator who worked alongside Algenoy for four years at Austin Career Education Center, I have learned immeasurable skills from him.
