Youth
Due in part to recent changes in social programs, an increase in single parent homes, and the rampant promotion of negative stereotypes, many people today have developed apathetic attitudes towards education. Many individuals, specifically the youth, are overwhelmed by the prospect of entering an environment in which they have been inadequately prepared. This has ultimately had a crippling effect on our “collective” community, leading to an increase in violence, and a sense of hopelessness. This has had a significant impact on the ability and desire of students to choose and/or achieve success in post-secondary education.
In order to reverse this trend, students need to be inspired, motivated and educated. It truly takes a village to raise a child, in order to supplement the efforts of traditional educators, it is critical that others get involved in the educational process. This is the mission and spirit of the program Unleash the Vision Within You: How to Fulfill the Vision for Your Life. A combination of job readiness training and peak performance training; this program not only reinforces the messages of the classroom, but also incorporates real life experiences and edutainment (education presented in an entertaining way) to help participants make the most out of an educational experience.

College
With a diverse collection of workshops, seminars, and trainings, we are excited to announce our “Student Leadership Series.” Operating under the pretense that “leadership is a skill that is not inherited, but a trait that must be nurtured and developed,” we will provide a real world look at “how to not only manage oneself, but provide Leadership to others.” This program provides students with an inside look at the decisions and choices that await them as they prepare to enter the “real world”. As an added benefit, this program will equip participants with techniques that are transferable to any environment. Most importantly, the implementation is delivered in a way that inspires and drives students towards excellence and social competence. In addition to traditional job readiness training, participants will learn self exploration techniques as well as coping strategies.
